We are devoted to our work and try to offer carpet cleaning services the best way we know how, and when we get a call from a satisfied customer, we get extremely happy. When clients take the time to call up just to say what a wonderful service we have offered, it is essential. It means that we do our job properly or they wouldn't bother. When we heard the nicest things by Mr. Moore, we were more than touched. He said that his wife insisted on him calling us back to say that we are a wonderful team and managed to do an exceptional work and he couldn't agree more. Their children had no more allergic attacks and that was due to our persistent carpet cleaning services. It was very refreshing hearing from them but Mr. Moore insisted that it was refreshing doing business with us.
Mr. and Mrs. Moore had called us about a month earlier. They said that their whole family had some allergies lately and since they hadn't professionally cleaned the carpets for ages, they assumed the problem originated from their floors. They asked for our assistance and we promised to be there fast. They also asked if we could clean their upholstery and sofas as well since we'll be there anyway, and we had no problem with that either. The truth is that we sensed the stuffy atmosphere the minute we walked into the house but that didn't worry us since we knew exactly what to do. When carpets haven't been cleaned properly and with the right ecofriendly products for long, it is expected that the indoor air gets stuffy. We work with excellent products and thanks to our expertise and equipment we managed to remove every single stain from the carpet.
We took excellent care of the Moore's carpets and also provided sofa and upholstery cleaning. We examined the fabrics and the fibers of the carpets before choosing which products to use and the customers were excited just seeing us being so meticulous. We are always as thorough because we want to do our job right and protect the fibers of carpets and the textiles of upholstery as much as cleaning them well. The excitement of the Moore's was even more intense when our job was completed. They congratulated us for our efficiency and dedication and they did once more when they called us a month later.
